great game concept, but has bugs?

bought the full set of eps and completed the game in the past. deleted the app a while back after completing everything. wanted to play again and redownloaded, but even though it says purchases have been restored, it keeps telling me to purchase ep 4. i didnt spend $20 to deal with this.
